Whether you’re training for a 5K, 10K, Half marathon, marathon, a multi-sport event, or simply want to pursue fitness, succeeding requires a delicate balance of many factors including training and rest, strength and flexibility.
Knowing what to do, how much to do and when to do it is sometimes difficult.
In order to help me plan a fitness/athletic program for you, it is necessary to evaluate some of your health and lifestyle history and practices as well as your present state of fitness.
The information gathered will be used only in making recommendations for your program.
Your individual data will be kept confidential.

FITNESS/ATHLETICS COACHING

Athletes will fill out a : 1. Personal Information

                                   2. Participation and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

                                   3. Waiver of Liability.

A minimum contract of three months is required.( $ 350 )

The first month includes a full, in person evaluation as well as a detailed training plan with instructions on specific flexibility and strength training exercises – --> $125.

Each month, includes one day track exercise if you are available (Wednesday morning 6 AM)

and a follow-up on your week training with consultation and recommendation for your goal.

By phone / e-mail / personal contact --> $100 a month ( +/- $ 25 a week)

Multiple-month discounts are available and facility payment.

Payment can be made via personal check.
